HT Loans is operated by Easy Finance Pty Ltd t/a Huatai Loan (ABN 69 634 090 761), from Suite 308, Level 3, 405–411 Sussex St, Chinatown, Sydney NSW 2000. Credit Representative 529433 is authorised under Australian Credit Licence 389328. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website.
When you send an enquiry through this website, we collect only what you type into the form:
We do not run advertising trackers or third-party profiling on this website, and we do not use cookies to identify you.
To answer your enquiry, to assess and arrange finance suited to your circumstances, and — if you proceed — to prepare and submit a credit application on your behalf and meet the record-keeping obligations that apply to us as a credit representative.
A finance application requires financial information — income, assets, liabilities and identity documents. We ask for that only when you choose to proceed and with your consent. Please do not send financial or identity documents through the website form; wait until we have set up a secure channel.
We do not sell your personal information and do not disclose it for marketing. We share it only where necessary to arrange your finance — for example with lenders and credit providers when you ask us to submit an application, and with our aggregator and ordinary service providers (such as email and form-handling) that store data on our behalf. Where a provider stores data outside Australia, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Enquiries that do not proceed are kept only as long as needed and then deleted. Where we arrange finance, credit records are kept for as long as the law requires, generally at least seven years.
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us at the address above or email enquiry.easyfinance@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal information, tell us first and we will try to fix it. If you are still unsatisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
If we change this policy we will publish the new version on this page and update the date above.
